Hi, I'm Canaan (Marley) Napier. A Central Otago boy, I fell in love with building while laboring for a local builder in high school.
Rugby brought me to Waikato in 2016, and I've been in construction ever since. I love the variety and challenges the trade offers.
When I'm not building, I'm usually playing sports or spending time with my fiancé, Brittni, our three-year-old daughter Mikaiha, and our soon-to-arrive baby.
I love working at Iconic because of the great team culture.

Hey, I'm Matt Litt, a builder with 15 years of experience based in Taupiri, Waikato. I'm proud to have spent my career helping to shape the local community through my work.
Beyond building, I'm a dedicated family man. My two boys keep me busy coaching their sports teams – rugby, soccer, and cricket. I'm passionate about sport, both playing and watching.
An unexpected side of me? I enjoy dancing! Growing up in Waikato, I developed a love for music and dancing. So, if you're looking for a builder who can handle a power drill by day and cut a rug by night, look no further—I'm your guy, Matt Litt, at your service.
